The Hillside real estate area is a section within Anchorage known for its incredible views, particularly during the winter sunrises and sunsets. Hospitals in the area include the large Providence Alaska Medical Center, while health clinics include the Ravenwood Family Clinic, Patients First Medical Clinic and others. The Municipality of Anchorage bus system serves most residents with Hilltop real estate as well as those in surrounding areas. The Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is just 15 minutes from most Hilltop real estate.
